NEW SIZE SERRAPEPTASE 250,000iu: TRIAL SIZE x 30 CAPSULES

We listened to your requests and now it’s here!

Serra Enzyme 250,000iu is available in a new smaller size, for those who want to give serrapeptase a try for the first time and for those who want to further improve results. Start your ‘serrapeptase plan’ with these x30 capsules and then once you notice an improvement, move onto the x90 larger bottle for a ‘maintenance’ dose.

SerraEnzyme 250,000iu is the world’s strongest serrapeptase and is perfect for those who have serious health conditions, (which serrapeptase can help) and for those who want faster results.

It is over x3 stronger than our other serrapeptase, SerraEnzyme 80,000iu.

This trial size is also convenient for travelling, when on a short break away from home and for those practitioners who want to use serrapeptase for kinesiology testing. It is also more suitable than the 80,000iu for those who need a high dose and would prefer to take fewer caps.

Once you have finished your TRIAL, please contact Good Health Naturally, to determine which serrapeptase is most suitable for you for long term maintenance.

I have bursitis in both hips which is very painful, thinking of taking Serrapeptase, plus I have IBS can you recommend which to take plus have heard it can cause vomiting as a side effect is this true.

      Hi Ros,

To support both of these areas, we would advise to use the Serranol formula, 1 cap 3 x per day.

No vomitting isn’t a side-effect of taking serrapeptase, as it is without any know side-effects. But occasionally there have been cases of vomitting when it has triggered an underlying digestive imbalance, but this is a very rare occurance. People with IBS have found it can help with their symptoms and aid in reducing gut inflammation.

Suggest you also use a probiotic such as Prescript Biotics and even Gastro with Enzymes to help with the IBS.

I hope that helps and please get back to us if you need any further assistance.

Hi , I am looking into this product as I have trigger thumb, also trigger finger in my left hand finger next to my pinky finger. I cannot make any fist or bend my fingers without assistance from my other hand. I have lumps under my feet which were operated on many years ago but have returned. I believe it’s called fibromyalgia. They are only painful when they are pressed upon. I am a type 2 diabetic, which is well controlled. I have tried so many medicines but nothing seems to help. I want to avoid any surgery. Can you please advise what you think would be best for me.

      Hi Vicki,

We would suggest the Serraplus to help with the trigger finger. This will help with any inflammation and scar tissue, that may exacerbate the condition.

It is also useful to use the Ancient Mangesium Ultra Lotion or Oil rubbed into the hands and arms each day to ease any muscle tension.

See how you get on with this issue first.

I am extremely cautious buying products from the net, so can I please ask ,why is this product not available in stores in Australia?

    Hi guys.

I’m a bloke in my mid-60’s and have elevated blood pressure and reduced kidney function. I also have some minor problems with arthritic pain – but not a lot, and I find myself feeling tired easily. My GP has advised a small dose of Telmisartan which has lowered my blood pressure. As well, I’ve altered my diet to minimise carbs and include more whole foods, veggies, nuts and oily fish. I’ve begun a daily exercise regime (5BX), but feel concerned that I may have some cholesterol slowing my blood flow and hardening my blood vessels. I found serrapeptase recommended online to help clear plaque from my blood vessels, but would be interested in your thoughts.

      Hi Max,

Serrapeptase would be a good choice in this situation. We would recommend Serranol 1 x 3 a day with a little water on an empty stomach, 1/2 hour before food or 2 hours after. Serranol will help clean the blood as it digests non-living tissue, and together with the other ingredients will work on inflammation and pain.

Cholesterol is naturally produced in the body for good reason, but if there is are concerned about blocked or narrowing arteries then the Vitamin D3/K2 spray will help the proper absorption of calcium, a major factor in arterial health.

A few drops of Nascent Iodine, in a little water at the same time as the Serranol, can help energy levels. Nascent Iodine needs a dose a day of selenium to activate it.

We recommend taking any nutritional supplements at least an hour away from medications.

      Hi Terri,

We would suggest to use the Serranol product for this condition, to help clear inflammation and scarring on the lungs and respiratory system. Take 2 caps 3 x per day, reducing to 1 x 3 after a month or two.

I am trying to conceive and would like to know which strength and dosage of Serrapeptase you recommend for the fastest results in the shortest amount of time?

Also, do you know the conversion strength between IU and SU or SPU?

    Hello,
I’m writing to you because someone recommended serrapeptase for the chronic pain in my arms, neck and shoulders. I’ve had various diagnoses, including rotator cuff injury, bursitis, tricep tear and generally overtight muscles. I’m also prone to growing scar tissue (for example, I had major abdominal adhesions following a subtotal hysterectomy/fibroid removal, and still have scar tissue blocking my tear duct, as well as bone cysts).

I’m wondering which product you recommend. Would the Serraenzyme maxi strength trial pack be a good place to begin?

    Thanks

      Hi Grace,
Yes we would suggest to go in with the Maximum Strength SerraEnyzyme 250,000iu, a minimum of 3 per day, up to 9 per day if needed.

We would also suggest the Nascent Iodine/Ionic Selenium pack to help tackle the cyst formation in the body, as low iodine is often a factor in those prone to cysts and fibroids.

Also the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Ultra, rubbed on to the arms, shoulders and neck, twice per day, would help to relax the overtight muscles.

      Hope this helps,

      Hi Maz,

We can’t advise anyone to come off meds, as this is a discussion you need to have with the doctor.

We would advise the Serranol in this situation, and this can be taken alongside the meds at first if need be. We do have customers who have come off the steroid medication when taking the enzymes, but after discussion with the doctor to assess their needs.

Hope this helps, and look after yourself, Kind Regards, admin

      Hi Barb,

Serrapeptase does many things in the body to support immune health, break down fibrin in the blood stream, remove toxins, reduce blood clots, and neutralize allergens. This allows cells to regenerate faster and gears other bodily processes toward quicker recovery time and helps with pain relief.

Serrapeptase is best taken with a little water on an empty stomach, 1/2 hour before or 2 hours after food, with the delayed release capsule intact so that absorption takes place in the small intestine and avoids stomach acid.

However if this is not possible the capsule can be opened and mixed with a little non-protein food like apple puree for example and taken away from meals. It can also be taken as the powder in water, but it doesn’t mix very well and so would need to be stirred and drunk immediately.

      Kind Regards, admin

      Hi Rebecca,

The serrapeptase product we would recommend for fibrocystic breast disease is Serranol, 2 capsules 3 times a day, on and empty stomach with a little water, 1/2 hour before food or 2 hours after. As well as containing serrapeptase to digest non-living tissue, it also has curcumin and eklonia cave, two powerful antioxidants, which together with Vitamin D3 provide powerful antiinflammatory support.

      Hi Eleanor,

      Thank you for your enquiry.

Serrapeptase dose many things in the body including clearing debris, dead tissue and calcium deposits.

If there are calcifications, then it is also important to have the co-factors used in calcium metabolism in the body, which are magnesium, D3 and K2. These will help the reuptake of calcium into the bones.

      Therefore, we recommend:
SerraEnzyme Maximum Strength, 1-3 caps up to 3 x per day
Vitamin D3/K2 Spray, 5 sprays per day
Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Ultra, rubbed in to the shoulders and arms daily

I hope that helps and please get back to us if you need any further assistance.

      Hi Karyl,

Thank you for getting in touch.

We don’t have an equivalent in mg.

Serrapeptase is measured in IU, which is a measure of the enzyme’s activity level and potency in the body.

Mg is a measure of weight which isn’t relevant in terms of serrapeptase and knowing how potent the product might be.

      Hi Steve,

It is worth noting, to begin with, that cholesterol is not the biggest threat to our health and predictor of heart disease that one is led to believe. It is also worth remembering that cholesterol does play an important role in the body and it is not beneficial to lower cholesterol levels too much. Let’s not forget that cholesterol is needed to make cell membranes, hormones, and vitamins (e.g. vitamin D via sun exposure). Unnecessarily lowering cholesterol can affect all the above and of course many people have reported unwanted side-effects from cholesterol lowering drugs.

The most important thing is to look at diet and if you are having a diet which includes healthy fats. Include plenty of avocados, oily fish, coconut oil, olive oil, hemp oil, nuts and seeds to help improve healthy fats in the body, which can help to balance all the triglycerides in the body. Ideally follow a vegan ketogenic diet, and cut out all starches and sugars.

Diet is the key but you can also use certain supplements to help balance cholesterol levels.

Start with Serranol, 2 caps 3 x per day, reducing to 1 x 3 after a month or so.

UB8Q10, 2 per day, which has been found to reduce cholesterol levels.

Plus Alpha Lipoic Acid for some good liver and antioxidant support, 2 per day.

Support the diet with either The Krill Miracle or Hemp Oil to ensure a good intake of essential fatty acids.

You can also use Moducare, which contains plant sterols, to help with cholesterol levels.

Hope that helps, Kind Regards, admin

      Hi Stacey,

Yes we would highly recommend the Serraenzyme to help reduce the scar tissue.

Budget permitting you can start on the higher strength SerraEnzyme 250,000iu, and take 1-3 caps up to 3 x per day.

You can increase or reduce down the dose according to your need and progress, but a good starting point is 2 caps 3 x per day, and review after 4-6 weeks.

For external scar tissue you can also use the Rio Rosa oil rubbed on to the scar to further help reduce its appearance.

I hope that helps and please get back to us if you need any further help with this.

      Hi Christine,

Whilst there is a lot going on there, we would initially recommend the Serranol to help cover all areas. Start on 2 caps 3 x per day, reducing to 1 x 3 after 4-6 weeks approximately or as some relief is felt.

Plus we would suggest you start to build up your magnesium levels with the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil and take a good multi such as the Active Life Capsules. (These products can be found on Good Health Oz)

There is also a full lifestyle plan that will suit needs: https://naturallyhealthynews.com/health-books/

In addition, we would ensure you are well hydrated with around 6-8 glasses of water per day, to help with the fluid retention.

I hope this helps them get started and if they want to come back with any questions then please feel free. Best Regards, admin

Hi there, Gout is an autoimmune related condition, such as arthritis, from the same family of conditions. So we would advise following our autoimmune plan here: Autoimmune plan.

The plan contains serrapeptase, to work on the systemic inflammation, but there are further dietary and lifestyle measures that are important.

In addition there is further advice, which you can find in our article here:

      All about gout

Follow this as closely as possible, in all areas, for optimal result.

Additional info that will help you include:

Where appropriate, lose weight so that this isn’t an additional trigger.

Reducing the consumption of high-purine foods is important in minimising future attacks of gout. These include: organ meats (or any meats preferably, other than a little organic chicken and fish); processed foods; and reduce excess intake of fish such as herring, sardines, mackerel and anchovies, but you can keep up a good fish oil intake. Cut back shellfish, if relevant. Alcohol, such as fortified wine and beer is an issue.

To help the kidneys clear uric acid, drink at least two litres of fluid daily. Several herbs, such as celery seed, nettle and ginger, can also assist in the elimination of uric acid, and use Kidney Rescue. Add a pinch of bicarbonate of soda to each glass of water.

Cherries are often recommended as a gout treatment as they are high in anthocyanins (the purple antioxidant pigment), but at the very least a daily cupful of all dark berries such as blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries, is helpful.

Other gout-fighting allies are vitamin B with folic acid, so take a good complex such as Active Life daily.

Serranol can be used as a good all round anti-inflammatory product.

I hope that helps but please get back to us if you have any further questions.

      Hi Karen,

For cysts we would recommend Serranol 2 x 3 a day until good relief, then 1 x 3 a day.

Cysts can also be associated with Iodine shortage. For the Enviromedica source of Nascent Iodine we recommend 5 drops x 3 times a day on an emptystomach (between the Serranol and a meal is fine) in a little water swished around the mouth a little before swallowing. This can gradually be increased to 15 drops 3 x a day held a week or so then gradually reduced again to the maintenance dose of 5 drops x 3 a day.

For the newer stock of GHN’s own Nascent Iodine then this dose can be halved as the product is double the strength of the previous one. If there is no selenium in other supplements taken, then the iodine will need to be activated by some Ionic selenium, a dropper in the first Iodine dose of the day.

Hope this helps, Kind Regards, admin

Hi Tracey, Serrapeptse is a good choice to help with the pain and inflammation of the osteoarthritis. You can take the SerraEnzyme to help kick start the process, but ideally the Serranol would be a good long term anti-inflammatory formula.

The curcumin in Serranol has been well researched for it benefits for arthritis, as well as helping with IBS and even inflammatory skin conditions.

Hope that helps, Kind Regards, Peter (admin)

      Hi Sarah,

As you are dealing with chronic pain and inflammation, the Maximum Strength SerraEnzyme is recommended to help kick start the process.

Take ideally at full strength 3 x 3 per day, then reduce to 2 x 3, then 1 x 3 accordingly as relief is felt. Take at least 30 minutes before food with water, or 2 hours after eating.

For maintenance also consider the all round anti-inflammatory benefits of Serranol, but I would suggest to go in harder at first with the Maximum Strength 250,000iu.

      Hope that helps,

      Kind Regards, Peter (admin)

Can you please advise if these tablets can help with reducing the size and what is the recommended dose?

Also is there anything i need to take in combination with those?

      Hi there,

We recommend the Blockbuster Allclear as part of the plan, as the formula has Serrapeptase to help shrink the fibroid, but also other supporting nutrients to help clear stagnation in the female reproductive area, and improve circulation. This is really key when dealing with any issues in the reproductive area.

This can be supplemented with additional Serrapeptase in the form of SerraEnzyme 250,000IU if wished, for a possibly speedier response, gradually increasing up to 3 x 3 a day (30 mins before food on an empty stomach), until good relief and then reducing. The enzyme is really very safe and there is no upper limit, although as always we suggest leaving ideally at least 4 hours between supplements and any pharmaceutical medications.

Hope this helps, Kind Regards, admin

Hi i read online that this will help make a bartholin cyst disappear once and for all, it’s absolutely horrible experience and i’ve been doing non stop research and read many articles with women saying this works! Which would be best for me to use?

Hi. Serrapeptase is known for its ability to digests non-living tissue, including cysts, and inflammation in all forms and can be helpful to tackle bartholin cysts.

We would advise to go in hard at first with the SerraEnzyme 250,000IU, 2 capsules, 3 times per day until relief. Then reduce the dose down accordingly, to 2 x 3, then 1 x 3 for maintenance.

Also, CurcuminX4000, 3 x per day, Nascent Iodine Drops 5 drops, 3 times per day, Daily Immune Protection 1 cap x 2 times per day.

Low iodine status is often a factor in cyst formation, which is why we recommend it alongside the SerraEnzyme and other nutrients.

Hope that helps, Kind Regards, admin Peter

I had a bartholin cyst size of a grape. I took the 250,000UI once every morning before eating. After a week, it’s gone. At the same time, my bull terrier had been having an infection with fluid in it. She had antibiotic for a few weeks already and her vet told us to get her for surgery. So I gave her two 80,000UI tablets in the morning and afternoon as my last shot. Her infection disappeared as well. Therefore, I really recommend this product.

    Dear Serapeptase,
I am coming to the end of my 250,000IU X 30 Trial Pack and I would like to continue with maintenance doses. I suffer from arthritis in one of my thumb joints and in both of my knees. I am 68 years of age. Which capsules should I go onto next?
    Kind regards
    Michael

      Hi Michael,

We would recommend 1-3 per day of the Serra 250,000iu as a maintenance dose.

Alternatively, or even in addition, you could take the Serranol, as this has the added benefit of the Curcumin to help with Arthritis. You could start on 2 caps 3 x per day for the first month or so and the reduce to 1 x 3 per day on an ongoing basis.

      Hope that helps,

      Kind Regards,

      admin
